context, be deemed to include his legal heirs, administrators, executors, legal

IN FAVOUR OF Mrs._____________ wife of ______________ resident of
_____________ (hereinafter called the RELEASEE which expression shall unless
repugnant to the context, be deemed to include his legal heirs, administrators,
executors, legal representatives, successors, servants and assigns) of the second
part, WHEREAS the ________ (Executant), is/was one of the joint owner for the
property situated at __________ by the Will of his Grand Father dated _______.
Freehold Property bearing City Survey No. _____built on Final Plot No.
_________, Moje: _______ Village, in Block No: _________, District SubDistrict: _______, State: _______, India - (hereinafter called the said Property).
AND WHEREAS the said Late Shri ________ testate died on ________ (Death
Certificate enclosed) leaving behind the following legal heirs (both sons):I) ____________________ (My Father)
II) ____________________ (My Real Uncle)
WHEREAS subsequent upon the death of Late Shri __________ (my father) his
50% share in the said Property was bequeath upon me being the sole legal heir of
my father and mother as both expired on ________ & ________ date respectively.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:Pursuant to my/their wish, as mentioned above, the Executants/Releasors out of
natural love and affection and without any monetary consideration, hereby with to
release and relinquish my 50% share/right in the said Property, in favour of Smt.
____________ (my real aunty) wife of Shri _____________ (my real uncle) as
mentioned above, and I hereby affirm and declare that Smt. _______ and her legal
heirs shall have all claim, right, lien or interest in the entire aforesaid property and
the same shall vest absolutely in the name of Smt. ____________ (my real aunty)
wife of Shri _____________ (my real uncle), the Releases.
