I am applying for the position of Quality Specialist, Community Operations at

Facebook.
Here is a brief look at my education and experience that I believe makes me a good
match for this position. I have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and I
possess extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 27001, 13485, IRIS, AS9100 Stds &
CMMi-Svc-V1.3 framework, nuclear quality assurance and software standards. I have
three years of experience working in an IT, Engineering department where I located
and solved technical problems and implemented the above stated standards and
CMMi frame work. Started learning Tableau and SQL.
I have acquired excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to work in
a team setting and to convey information to co-workers and clients. I also have
leadership skills with the ability to supervise and assist the
production/service/delivery team to help ensure the quality guidelines and
standards are met.
I have the ability to be a part of the manufacturing process by testing the items
during the different stages of production. This makes it possible to discover and
correct any problems with quality or safety before completing the product. I also
have the skills to develop quality guidelines based on user behavior and by testing
new software. I am six sigma green belt certified and am also good at statistical
process control. I have interacted with many customers in my 56 months of career
and won 4 new assignments.
I have a good eye for detail with the ability to notice even small imperfections and I
have the knowledge and skills to recognize problems quickly. When a product does
not meet quality standards, I have the training and knowledge to find and
implement a solution. I can ensure all products are fully functional and ready for the
release date.
