The Claimant, SENAWAAY SCOTT of Lot 14 Hart Hill, Windsor Castle P.O. in the
parish of Portland claims against the Defendants JOY CHISHOLM, Assistant Manager,
with her office at City of Kingston Co-operative Credit Union, Portmore Branch, Shop #3,
McMasters Centre Portmore in the parish of Saint Catherine, CITY OF KINGSTON
SOLIDARITY CO-OPERATIVE CREDIT UNION with offices at 66 Slipe Road,
Kingston 5 in the parish of St. Andrew to recover damages for Malicious Prosecution,
Negligence, Defamation of Character and Loss of Earnings False Imprisonment, for that on
the 16th October, 2008 the 1st Defendant, a servant or agent of the 2nd Defendant, gave a false
statement to the police accusing me of processing five (5) fraudulent transaction from the
account of a client member, Ms. Althea E. Morrison which resulted in the arrest and
imprisonment of the Claimant on the 22nd October, 2008.
AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS:
1. Damages for Malicious Prosecution and/or Negligence;
2. Damages for damages to her reputation from articles published in the newspaper after she
first appeared in court on the charges;
3. Damages for False Imprisonment;
4. Damages for Loss of Earnings
5. Attorneys Cost;
6. Interest, and

7. Such further relief as this Honourable Court deems fit.
