Common words that we hear in manager because manager is the role model of the
management and as a manager we must do our best and give a motivation not a
sermon to our subordinates because our subordinates and you if that will unite thats the
key to have a successful business in future and you must as a manager give your trust
to your workers because if you trust them your subordinates will work hard for the
mission and vision of your management. Just like what I said is better to give a
motivational sermon to your workers than an angry sermon because it helps a workers
to work hard and that sermon have a two output road for success or road to recession
and loss.
