I'll tell you the real stuff. There are 2 things called calories surplus and calorie
want to reduce your weight you've to maintain calorie deficit which means you
the intake of food you consume. If you want to increase your weight you've to
burn. Simple as that. Even if there is genetic problem you could reduce weight
concept. But you've to work hard by doing exercise and strength training.
