On January 11, I placed a telephone order for samples from your company. I was
told that I would only be charged if I didnt return the samples. On January 21, I
returned all of the samples by postal service. I was still charged for the samples.
When I called I was told the refund would be made on my next statement. The
charge is currently still showing and no refund was made. It has been more than two
months and there has been no refund.
Please refund the account and send copy of refund proof to the address above.
Thank you for allowing me to sample your product. We appreciate your time and
your patience in this matter.
