is my sincere pleasure to write this letter recommending Meagan Lee as a candidate for the

position of teacher. I have been very fottunate to wotk with Meagan while she was a student
ieachet in our second grade class for the past sixteen weeks, (from 1/19/15 thtough 5/8/15)
During this period Meagan has very capably taken over the tole of teacher with a true seose
of professionalism. Punctuality, sincetity, and dedication were evident in her daily wotk.
Ms. Lee has exhibited excellent planning and organtzational skills. A specific goal of hers was
for students to make teal wodd connections to their leaming. Meagan accomplished this by

developing interdisciplinary lessons. For example when teaching her Geometry Unit,
studenis were able to make connections to how shapes ate used by architects to design
homes.

Thoughout her time here, Meagan's lessons wete well thought out and showed a wide
variety of child centered activities to meet the many needs of diffetent leaming styles within
the classtoom. Her lessons reflected undetstanding of the Common Cote State Standatds
and included appropriate instructional objectives. A behavior maflagemerit system developed
and implemented by Meagan was very effective.

Ms. Lee attended all faculty meetings and departrnental meetings and was an active
participant of the professional leaming community. It is without hesitation, and my personal
opinion, that Meagan will be an outstanding addition to any school faculty. The teaching
profession needs more dedicated, enthusiastic, and bright additions like Meagan.
