Take a DEEP Breath!!! I know you have heard this, but I also
know exactly how overwhelming intakes can be. It isnt so much
the actual meeting, it is the calling the parents, preparing the
IEP and hoping docs show up :) Just remember to do the best
you can with what you have...it will be OK!!!

Class Change Survey

I mentioned this today at the end of the SE Mtg, but just in
case you missed it. There is no class change survey this week.
With intakes, it is easier for me to look at a group of your students in your caseload workbook and add them to their classes
that way. I will have the class change survey ready to go by
8/24. It is imperative that your caseload workbooks are up to
date when you log out on Friday because I will be making those
additions over the weekend.

You MUST use this naming convention in SI when you set up your
classroom-this was discussed at the 8/10 ES Mtg:

your intakes. It needs to be put in the same day as the meeting.
