Dear Sir:
I am Narcisa P. Dela Cruz, a sophomore student taking up a degree in Bachelor of
Science in Accountancy. I was a presidential scholar for the last three semesters.
Unfortunately, I obtained a grade of 2.25 in one my subjects. I need to obtain a
grade 2.0 in all of my subjects and a GDA of 1.75 this semester in order to regain
my presidential scholarship.
May I request that I be given the opportunity to be a Phinma scholar for this
semester. This scholarship will certainly lift a big financial burden from my family.
I hope that you would consider my request. This scholarship will definitely help me
continue my educational pursuits and eventually make my life and the life of my
family better.
