METHODOLOGY
4 circles of diameter equal to Pitch Diameter (PCD), Base Circle diameter (DB),
Outside Diameter (DO), and Root Diameter (DR) are drawn.
A line equal to FCB is drawn perpendicular to the end of this line.(this line is
tangent to the base circle)
The two lines (center at 0,0)are copied to make 14 copies at 2.39 degrees apart
(ACB), for a total of 15 line pairs.(The number of line can be altered as per
requirement)
The tangent line is extended for each copy so it's length is the 1/20th of the base
circle radius (FCB) times the number that you have next to that tangent line (0 x
FCB, 1 x FCB, 2 x FCB14 x FCB) extend them from the tangent point.
Draw a line that goes from the intersection of the involute curve and the pitch
diameter circle (D) to the center of the gear.
Trim the involute curve to DO, the outside diameter of the gear and extend it to
the root diameter.
Draw a line at () to the line joining the centre to point of intersection to involute
and PCD.
Once the complete Gear profile is obtain mirror the tooth to the required
number...
