6. According to Mr. Vikas what are the qualities
of a leader those help him guiding his team for
performance?
Answer-According to Mr. Vikas following attributes are helpful to guide his
teamStrong analytical power- A Manager should have very strong analytical
power, so he can analyse the blockers and the impediments which are
effecting the work of each team member. In this way he can create better
environment for his team.
Communication skills- A Manager can be very sound at his technical skills
or managerial skills but he important is to convey his knowledge to his
team, this can be done only by effective communication skills.
Switch on & switch off theory- One associates does good and manager has
to appreciate him, while same time another associate does something
wrong, and manager has to control his anger emotions and react, so this
is emotionally switch on and switch off theory. In a diplomatic situation,
manager has to have control of his emotions which are being reflected out
to the associates. Imagine a situation, of you being getting hard time from
your boss and you carry same emotion and then dump it out on your
mom. She does not deserve your anger.
7. How important is it to be politically savvy in
organizations
Answer-It varies from person to person, however being political savvy is a

rewarding a leader can beget the self-induction towards leadership in the nature

15. Can you cite two-three games or situations
that you may have
faced in recent past and how did you deal with
them.
Answer- 1. Being a test manager, development manager would want a
control over you, however you should stand out so as you can do a neutral
quality assurance, so if development manager and test manager are from
same team, sometime this becomes a challenge and everything revolves
around this.
2. Your subordinates or colleagues if not able to cope up with your work
might go and escalate to higher management and all they can complain
about your attitude.
