Patients who are suffering from chronic disease would like to use the American Well Services because they
would require frequent check-ups for which they would have to wait around one week to meet the doctor, which
they cannot afford. Follow-up sessions with the PCP will also be easy. Once the Team Edition is implemented,
a connection would be established between PCP and Specialists and the patients would not have to reiterate
their problems to specialists again thus saving their time.
