We hereby declare and undertake that we shall provide you VAT Registration
Certificate as and when the same is required under applicable laws*.
We further undertake that if we fail to provide the same well in time, we do hereby
authorize One97 to withhold the payment due to us and we will not raise any claim for
such payments until such VAT Registration Certificate is provided to One97
*VAT number is not required for unstitched apparels, books and handicrafts. Hence, withholding
of payment would not be applicable on sale of products belonging to these categories only.
