PRESET FOR PLE CHAPTER (COLUMN CONTROLS) DMU 3000 PLUS REV. 02 25/03/2009 9.1 Radio control preset for PLE (column controls) The radio control preset consists in making a speed SET available to the PLE function. In the wiring of machines with the DMU3000 device, it is already foreseen the pass-thru of a signal (24V+) which, if removed, the radio control places in the speed SET envisioned for PLE There are basically two types of machines: 1) Machines with the Aux box ("3” Diag. PLE-1-C) On these machines, the 24V+ signal comes from pin § of connector X16 and reaches the radio contral via pin 2 of connector X13 2) Machines without the Aux box ('3" Diag. PLE-1-C) On these machines, the 24V+ signal comes from pin 7 of connector X90 and reaches the radio contral via pin 2 of connector X13 In both cases, the start signal is provided by a sectioning applied to the start connectors, an which a jumper has been used between a positive and the signal pin If the machine is requested with the anti-tlting device CRANEIPLE, or this device is already standard on the machine (e.g. 750/850), the slow-down signal in the PLE is already connected to the selector of the device itself... HPCO DMU 3000 PLUS REV. 02 25/03/2009 10.1 HPCO De n HPCO is defined as an input module for the hydraulic distributor which has the function of deviating the aild between the crane section and the section involging the stabilizers In case there is no request for ail from either of the two sections ( both movements are absent) the module is set to neutral mode, with the oil locked out and set to discharge The control logic far the HPCO module is located in a dedicated electrical box (9395930B) The deviation of the oil from one section to the other can be handled via radio ar by means of a dedicated external selector SA1 Management via radio is only possible if the stabilizers are remote radio controlled ones In the case of manual stabilizers, the selection is handled via selector. Here bellow is the layout of the system for the machine with column controls. In the case of low-level controls, the two connectors X67 are connected directly, avoiding the need to pass through the WR electrical collector. N.B. At present, this device is exclusively used on the 470 model cranes. 135 DMU 3000 PLUS REV. 02 25/03/2009 | x10 x10 ell [+ x10. x10 U hts 9395666 + 9395667 (CHAPTER ) 441.
