DISCUSSION

The people present in the meeting were, Area manager, centenary bank credit

officer,Boda boda chairman and the riders.

The riders were educated about centenary loan scheme

and they were

encouraged to apply for cente bike loan.

They were also encouraged to process TINs to aid in the logbook transfers.
Riders were further informed that when going to purchase a bike ,they should

always move with valid ID with clear photograph with TIN for logbook
transfers.

 The riders were also educated on use of genuine spare parts.

They were further educated on the use of recommended grade of oil.
They were educate on the benefits of owning Bajaj bikes(Return on

Investments).
They riders were educated on the pricing of the bikes.
They were further educated on the recommended oil grade.
