AMRITSARI KESAR FIRNI

ESTIMATE FOR 5 TO 6 MEMBERS

INGREDIENTS:
1 Litre Milk,
200 GM Mava,
100 gm grinded Rice (after soaking rice for 1 Hr., 250
Gm. Sugar ,
Five thread of Pure Kesar,
two grainded Ilachis,
10 Badam (nicely cut) and
10 Pista (nicely cut)
PREPARATION METHORD:
Boil the Milk nicely, Add the Mava during the
Boiling process, then Boil it for 5 to 10 Minutes.
Meanwhile, Dilute the Kesar in one bowl. Add the
diluted Kesar and grinded Ilaichis in the boiling
Milk. Thereafter, also add the grinded rice in the
boiling Milk. Shake the milk with Spoon gently
.Thereafter add the Sugar.
Remove it from the Gas and pour it in wide
mouthed (Khuli Katoriyan) .
Decorate the Mixture with Badam and Pista .
Keep the Bowls in Freeze for some time.
Delicious Amritsari Kesar Firni is ready for
Serving.
