PROCEDURES

1 Observe the drawing circuit and understand it.

2 Determine the apparatus that need to do to create the
circuit.
3 Check the wires by using power supply.
4 Choose and arrange the apparatus that are in good
condition.
5 Check the air flow tube whether its in good condition or not.
6 Make sure we use the double acting cylinder, double sided
solenoid and distributor.
7 The circuit contains six parts, using two switch limitation,
two relay coil, one cylinder two switches which is 3 rd switch
and zero switch.
8 Direct main supply to 3rd switch, it goes to switch limitation
B1 then it is connected to relay coil one and then main
supply again.
9 Second part of circuit is the combination of 1 st and 3rd.
10Third connect starts with zero switch and its connect to
switch limitation B1.
11Forth part starts with relay coil K1 then straight to solenoid
Y1 then to main supply.
12Sixth starts with coil K2 then connect with solenoid Y2 then
to main supply again.
