As the Director of Human Resources for First State Community Action
Agency, I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Miss. Kierra
Cephas, intern student for the last two months. I am immensely delighted to
scribe a few words to recommend Kierra for employment/reference with
your organization.
My interaction with Miss. Cephas has not only been impressive as being the
consummate learner but also a person of tremendous integrity. Kierra
consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skills when involved
in multiple tasks and balancing the many requests for her attention. Kierra is
genially empathic to sensitive situations and strives to create sincerity,
understanding and trust. Kierra brings to all of her activities/interactions
energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
Kierra projects a pleasant aura of confidence that attracts and creates a desire
from others to hear her opinion on situations. She is a focused individual
unfazed by distractions when working with complicated material and
frustrated people. Kierra is a total team participant that seamlessly
assimilates and yet positively exudes with individual characteristics.
In short Kierra is scholarly and culturally entrenched, ambitious but not
pretentious, self-deprecating yet confident, forthright but unassuming, and
delightfully reverent.
Kierra should be noted in the Wilmington University historical lineage and
will be a tremendous asset to any organizational team that will hire her.
