Content Rating Agreement

I understand that in theater some scenes or musical numbers will have content
higher than PG. We will never teach your child a number with sexual, racial, or any
other possible offensive references. The worst possible numbers we would teach
would be ones with religious or political references.
I give The Fundamentals of Acting permission to teach my child songs or scenes
that include political or religious content.
I hereby give permission to The Fundamentals of Acting Theater to teach (childs
