This procedure is issued to establish the applicable particular mounting for Din

Rail Terminal Blocks series 78.

1-Open the terminal box with the supplied key and install the terminal blocks in the free
space available in the DIN rail
2-Fix the top pin of the block into Din Rail and then lower the bottom side until get the
suitable connection.

3-For inserting field wiring, loosen the upper screw

For the auxiliary box, 16 terminal blocks per each motor will be supplied.
The RTD leads will be connected directly to the transmitter and there will be a terminal
block per each transmitter to connect the shield. This will make a total of 8 terminal
blocks plus the other 8 spare terminal blocks.
The heater box already has spare terminals (4 extra 2 used) so the requirement is met
by double the amount.

No special tools are required for installing
