THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEPING.

Sleeping is very important in the people lives, it is so important as eat or


breathe, but the reality is that in the 21st-century people are not sleeping
enough, they are not aware about, how sleep good or sleep bad can influence
their daily life, actually the way how people feel during the day depends in a
big manner on what happens while they are sleeping.
Nowadays people are not paying attention to the effect that do not sleep
provoke in their health, and it is very worrying, because if you sleep bad or
you are not sleeping the time necessary it's possible that you will be prone to
feel stress, fatigue, depression, sadness or lack of motivation, as well as the
sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, infections, high
blood pressure, etc.
Sleeping good and the time necessary can help your brain work properly and
therefore you will have a body and a mind healthy, but unfortunately at the
presents days people are always busy, the technological advances have made
that the people sleep less and less, it is very common find people connected on
the social network at 12:00 am or seeing TV programs until late and
unconsciously they are causing damage to their bodies.
In conclusion the sleep deprivation has affected in a big manner this society
because now people are more worrying and they are sleeping less, due to this
problematic is important that people take conscience about the value that has
sleep good because the quality of sleep has a big effect on the health,
productivity and in general in their quality of life.
