You should spend approximately 30 minutes on each question.

Q1 
Describe the advantages and disadvantages of a matrix organisational structure compared to
a tall hierarchical structure. Use examples and outline diagrams where appropriate to support
your answer.
Q2 Compare the sole trader with a public limited company (plc) as legal forms of organisations.
Use examples of each form of organisation to support your answer.
Q3 Explain three main benefits of a market economy compared to a centrally planned economy.
Q4 Explain how SWOT analysis can be helpful for an organisation of your choice.

advantages and disadvantages for a business of your choice:
