In 2014, we proved once again that flavor leadership and our strategy to focus on three key
Priorities - building our brands, driving executional excellence and embedding a rapid
continuous improvement mindset (RCI) across the business - are a winning combination at

against carbonated soft drinks (CSDs), particularly diets, we delivered solid results. Through
innovation, we gave consumers options to help them live a balanced lifestyle, with the national
launches of Canada Dry and Schweppes sparkling waters and the introduction, on a test basis,
of our Naturally Sweetened CSDs. Likewise, our TEN products, which offer great taste with
fewer calories, continue to bring lapsed consumers back to CSDs. RCI is becoming the way we
work at DPS, and our Lean tracks, which target the areas of greatest opportunity for

Finally, we returned $717 million to our shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
