It can be something for the house, such as buying cleaning products; some food for breakfast, or any goods. Also, necessary things about the job need to be remembered as sending an important e-mail or solving an issue. See below how you can get your memory improved. According to Tatiana Zanin, specialist in nutrition, aliments, such as, fish are useful because it has omega 3, which is the main component of brain cells. Seeds, eggs, milk, vegetables and dried fruits help the communication between cells, improving our memory. She says that citric fruits are rich in antioxidants, which help the brain avoid forgetfulness. Coffee and dark chocolate are brain stimulants and increase concentration at the moment of memorization. For instance, when you are studying for an exam. To be successful in the memorization process, it is necessary to eat at least one of those aliments everyday for each meal. For example, have milk as part of breakfast, put eggs and tomato in salad, eat juice of citric fruits and salmon for lunch or dinner. These kinds of food should be taken into account to help us increase our memory skills and, thus be successful in our daily routine. Reference: Bibliography: Zanin, Tatiana. Tuasaude.com. N.p., 2015.
