Proclamation may be cited as the “Labour Proclamation No. 3772003." The employer may terminate the contrat of appren- lieship by giving notice refered to under Sub- Aaticle (1) () of this Article, where: (a) he is no longer able to discharge his ‘obligations on account of change of work oF ‘tres causes beyond his control; or (0) theappremice violates thedsciplinary rules of the undertaking: or (6) the appremice is permanently incapable of continuing his taining or completing, his taining within the specified time lit. 3. The apprentice may terminate the contact of appren- ticeship by giving notice of termination refered to under Sub-Aicle (1) (6) ofthis Article, where; (8) the employer fails to observe his obligations under te cateact or this Proclamation, or (b)- the apprenice has good cause seating to his health or family o other similar grounds 44) The appreatioe may terminate the contact without eiving notice in accordance with Sub-Artile (1) €) Of is Amile where: {@) he proves, by appropriate medical centfcae thathe cannot discharge his obligations without seriously endangering his health; of (©) the employer unilaterally changes the terms of, the contac. 5) The provisions of this Proclamation cegarding severance pay, compensation and reinstatement shal ot be applicable to contracts of apprenticeship. Duration of Benefit “Medical benefit shall be withdrawn in accordance with the decisions ofthe Medical Board SECTION THREE Various Kinds of Cash Benefis 107. Refusal to Register The Ministey may reuse to register an organization for any one of the following reasons. 1) Where the organization does not fulfil the requtemests laid dows ia this Proclamation, regulations and divecives issued in accordance with this Proclamation: 2) where the objectives and whe constitution of the organization are legal 3) where the name of the organization is similar to another organization established priot to it of so closely similar as to confuse its members and the general public in any manne oF 4) here one or more than on of those elected a leaders ofthe organization have been convicted and pished, within the late ten years, of serous, nonpoitic offences and the organization is not willing to substitute them by others, 120.
