If you are enrolling in a medical plan you will receive your permanent ID Card in the mail. If you are enrolling in a Study
Abroad plan this is your permanent ID Card.
Medical ID cards may be shipped before or within 3 weeks of your
policy effective date. Providers need your Member ID# from your ID
card to identify you, verify your coverage and bill
