The first ever California 2015 TAY Evaluation and Quality

Improvement Summit (TEQI) brings together stakeholders
(e.g., TAY, county representatives, providers) interested
in learning about and sharing experiences related to
evaluation and quality improvement of TAY services.

Expert speakers, poster presentations, and skill-building

breakout sessions will stimulate discussion, peer-learning,
networking, and increased understanding of best practices in
evaluation and quality improvement for TAY programming.

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for poster

presentations at the summit that describe evaluation or
quality improvement activities for TAY programming.
Poster Abstracts will be accepted until 11:59 PM PST
September 18, 2015 via the online abstract submission
form at http://www.teqisummit.org
Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by email
by September 21st, 2015.
