The picture below shows a habitat on a rocky seashore. The tide comes in twice a day and covers
the shore. When the tide goes out, the seashore is exposed to the Sun and the wind.
1. Why does this make the rocky shore a difficult place to live?

2. Use the information above to draw a food chain with three links in it. Remember that food
chains have to start with a producer.
3. Now make your food chain into a food web, by adding other plants and animals to it.
