Vilu Reef Beach & Spa Resort is sprawled across the entire expanse of Meedhuffushi
Island in South Nilandhe Atoll, 145km south of Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. The
island is reached by a 35 minute picturesque journey by seaplane.
We are currently looking for passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and qualified young
individuals to fill the following positions.
JOB VACANCIES

Restaurant Manager (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:
-

Minimum 5 years as Restaurant Manager in well-established luxury hotel/resort

Diploma in Food & Beverage service or equivalent qualification
Fine Dining experience an advantage
Strong leadership, creativity and training skills
Extremely flexible and ready to go beyond expectations
Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with a multi-cultural team
Excellent English written and spoken communication skills

Bell Attendants (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:
-

Good interpersonal and communication skills in English

Outstanding personal presentation
Ability to drive buggies with a valid Driving License

Security Guards (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:
-

Preferably High School Graduates

Police or MNDF with law enforcement and military experience
Course of study in First Aid, CPR and Fire Fighting & Emergency Drill will be an added
advantage
Self motivated and able to work alone and also as a part of a team
Physically fit and flexible to different cultures to perform essential job functions
