    At IMS, our students have authentic experiences that allows them to


    master their core knowledge and skills. Recently, two of our eighth
    grade students (Rachel Stephens and Dallas Bess) had the opportunity
    to meet world renown neurosurgeon and presidential candidate Dr.
    Ben Carson. Through this experience, these young ladies had an opportunity to meet one of the world's greatest leaders and connect the
    work of Dr. Carson to our academic standards. We are so proud they
    had this experience and that they took the time to share it with us.
