from sport Canadas AAP for the calendar year should I withdraw my intent to compete for the national
team.
I also understand that I must make Rowing Canada Aviron immediately aware of my decision to not compete
for a position on Canadas 2016 National Team.
I also understand that I must be a fully registered member of a club in standing with Rowing Canada Aviron.
Further, I agree to sign the 2016 RCA Athlete agreement and understand that not doing so will eliminate me
from consideration for selection to the 2016 National Team.
