List down all the materials required for the exercise in your record sheet. Prepare the flow diagram of the staining procedure you are tasked to perform, Gather all the materials needed and set-up your work station. Perform the staining procedure assigned. Set up the bright field light microscope and focus the stained slide using the HPO, Record and interpret your results, Call your instructor to validate your results Properly return the microscope.
