What mistakes do you think were made in the way this problem was
handled?
Bad communication between customer service department and marketing and the
employee just replace the phone and didnt make well his work. The causes of the fault
werent investigated and they doesnt work as a team.
How could they be remedied?
Having a better work environment and working in teams that have a good
communication between them.
Have a register in program computer that reflects the faults in their product.
Organize work meetings every week to discuss the problems of
the
products.
List of ideas to improve the communication:
Make a list of the best costumers and give them the best t
reat and service.
Make the mission and vision clear.
Make a web site about the updates and company changes, where allow employees to
discuss and make it feel part in where the company is headed.
Have a face-to-face communication outside of the office.
Have information of meetings once a week.
Have a system of purchase in internet.
Have available the products that are profitable.
Have control of the company, information to help the employees to have the enough
knowledge.
