PRODUCTION ENGINEER (S)
RESPONSIBILITIES
‘The specific responsibilities of the Production Engineer include the following:
1.10,
1. To allocate work and to supervise all operation engaged on the work at shop and
field site.
2. To ensure that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and
work instructions and meet the agreed Quality and Safety requirements.
3. To ensure that required materials are available for the fabrication at specified time.
4. To ensure no work is carried out on "Non Conforming” items until instructed to do
so by the QC Manager.
5. To ensure the work is carried out in accordance with company’s procedures and
Project Safety Program.

scheduling to PPC Engineer.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (S)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include the following:
1. To allocate work to each group and control all fabrication process meet the required
specification and code
2. To Supervise all operation during fabrication meet a quality and required delivery
schedule
3. To ensure that all materials are used for the fabrication already correct and meet to
the required material list
4, To ensure that all surplus materials has been retumed to the warehouse after
completed work
5. To ensure that there is no nonconforming occurred during fabrication.
1.11. PPC ENGINEER (S)
RESPONSIBILITIES
“The specific responsibilities of the PPC Engineer shall include the following:
1. To evaluate “Bar-chart” as reflected in the Design Program for dedicated project

and to establish “S-Curve” based on production activities and company's and
subcontractor's resources (personnel & facilities).
2. Assist the Production Engineer in determining GO / NO GO with the current
schedule, especially when a contingency plans is a client's requirement.
3. Periodically liaise with the Client / Customer Representative to evaluate the Design
Program achievement
4, Periodically review and Initiate revision of “S-Curve" if there is impact on specify
schedule and key dates.
1.12, PPC INSPECTOR (S)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The specific responsibilities of the PPC Inspector(s) shall include the following:
1. To close monitor on all activities and achievement at various stages of the Code
construction and to collect fabrication data,
2. To monitor the receiving material and issued the used of material during Code
construction and shipment progresses.
3. To review and evaluate on routine basis the Code’s construction progresses at shop
as well at field sites as to judge whether the delivery schedule key dates would be
matched as planned.
4. To report to PPC Engineer for any deviation that might have impact on the delivery
schedule date.
1.13, MATERIAL SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
‘The specific responsibilities of the Material Supervisor include the following:
1. To ensure that materials are checked on receipt for quantity and certification and
that any liaison required with material specification is maintained in accordance
with agreed procedures.
2, To ensure correct materials are prepared for issuance and Quality Control clearance
prior issuance.
3. To ensure that all personnel are aware of the Safety and Quality Management
System requirements and that work is undertaken in accordance with these
requirements.
4, To initiate segregation / quarantined of non conformance materials, and liaise with,
QC Inspector for same.
