1 QUALIFICATIONSSUMMARY)
Applicant of the scholarship must meet each of the following conditions.
The overseas student who's country's applicants are few,have a priority
at our selection.
Aninternational studentt who is studying at one's own expense.
Regularstudent of a Japanese university or graduate school.
Regularstudent in 3rd,4th year,or graduate student in 1st,2nd year.
Personswho do not receive scholarships from other organizations.
