1 le aad Hear the FIRE PREVENTION WEEK OCTOBER 4-10, 2015 Mink (ee) firepreventioni 2015 National Fire Prevention Week Mural Contest South Jordan Fire Department is sponsoring a Mural Contest for all Elementary Students, The entries must be done on 8 4” x 11” of 9” x 12” drawing paper and have the NFPA 2015 theme on the picture in order to be eligible for the contest, All drawings should be done in color and based on the National Fire Protection Association’s (NEPA) 2015 theme: Hear the BEEP, where you SLEEP ~ Every Bedroom needs a working Smoke Alarm. Please include the child’s first name, last name, ‘Teacher's name, school, and grade on the back of the picture. All entries are to be turned in to your teacher by Friday September 18" and the Fire Department will pick them up that same day. ‘The age groups are as follows: Kindergarten — 2" Grade 3" Grade - 4" Grade 5" Grade — 6 Grade A 1* place and 2™ place winner from each age group will be selected. Each 1* place winner will get a cash prize of $100.00 and each 2” place winner will get a cash prize of $50.00.
