South American Restaurant

Due to Australia is known as a multicultural country in which the number of immigrants from
different parts of the world have increased throughout the time, the availability of a wide range
of amenities that represent characteristics of the countries people come from, will help foreigners
keep and show some traditions of their culture. Therefore, the main idea of this venture is to
incorporate a South American restaurant in Adelaide, South Australia as result of the lack of
facilities where is possible to perceive relevant aspects of the South American culture, especially
its cuisine.
The restaurant will be located in the city and its working hours are Tuesday Thursdays from
1.00 pm to 9.00 pm and Fridays Sunday from 1.00 pm to late. Additionally, the menu of the
restaurant will include representative meals, desserts and drinks from the following four (4)
countries: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Moreover, the last weekend of each month will be
exclusively dedicated to each country where special meals and decoration, and also more
products than those ones included in the normal menu will be available. For example, the last
weekend of October will be dedicated to Brazil and just Brazilian food will be sold; the last
weekend of November to Chile and just Chilean food will be sold; and so on.
The decoration of the restaurant will include elements that help to provide a general idea of the
previously mentioned countries. In addition, some of the employees of the restaurant will have
the cultural background of the mentioned countries.
