1- Cho hoa cc :
Nu 300cc nc chung vi 10g hoa kim cc vng, si k,
vt xc hoa ra, cho 100g bt go t vo un nh la
khuy u cho chn, nm mui va n l c.
n mt tun 2 ln thanh nhit t can ha, gii c, lm
h p huyt.
2- Cho rau m :
Nu 300cc nc un nh la, vi 50g u xanh cn v,
khi u xanh mm, un nh la cho 50g bt go t vo
chung khuy u tay khi si cho 100g rau m ti vo cho
si thm mt lc ri nm mui va n l c.
n mt tun 2 ln thanh nhit t can ha, gii c, lm
h p huyt.

3- Canh c qa :
C qa 300g. Rau mung loi nh 150g, Cn ty ly
cung khng ly l 100g. Nu thnh canh nm nm va
n.
Lm h p huyt, b chc nng gan thn, m h dng
can thnh.
4- Cho s huyt :
S huyt 10 con, ra sch hp cch thy ly tht thi nh
p mui, 1 qa trng mui b v thi nh. Cho vo ni
300cc nc un nh la cho bt go t 100g vo ni
khuy u, khi cho chn cho s huyt v trng mui vo,
cho si l c.
Lm h p huyt, b chc nng gan thn, m h dng
can thnh.
5- Canh c rt hm tht heo :
C rt 200g, u c ve 100g ra sch thi ming. Tht
heo nc 150g thi ming p mm mui. Tt c cho vo
nu canh.
Lm h p huyt b gan thn tn thng.
6- Cn ty xo tht ngng :
Tht ngng nc thi ming mng p mm mui em xo
nh la bng du thc vt (du m), khi chn cho 200g
cn ty vo ( nht k ra sch ct on) xo tip, nm
nm va n l c.
Lm h p huyt, b c s v chc nng gan thn u h,
(m dng lng h ).

7- Canh rau h :
Rau h 150g ra sch thi on di 3-4cm, c r 200g
nh vy b rut, hp cch thy, khi chn g ly tht nc
p mm mui. Nu canh h khi chn cho tht nc c vo,
nm nm va n, khi canh si l c.
Lm h p huyt, c bin chng t huyt.
8- Cho b ao c trm gii c :
Tht c trm c 200g chin vng ri nu cho vi b ao
200g, nm mui.
9-Canh tht g hm bt gic phong :
Tht g nc 300g, Bt gic phong ra sch 6g ( mua
tim thuc bc ), cho nc va , hm cho k l n c.
10-Tuyt canh thang tr cao p huyt do m ha, sng
tuyn gip do d calcium.( can dng thng khng).
Dng Hi trit b 2 lng ( khong 80g), M 4 lng,
nu canh, ung nc b ci.
Hi trit b l v con sa bin, ngm ra cho sch mui,
c cng dng tr phong, tiu m, tiu tch tr kt khi.
M l c nng thanh l ha, to, nhit gan, phi, bao
t . Khi c bnh tiu chy th ngng.
11-Canh tht trai , ru bp.
Nu 20g ru bp non cn ti vi 1 lt nc cho k ri vt
xc b i, cho thm vo 50g tht trai, 3g gng, nu thm
cho nh ri nm nm cho va n cha bnh hay nhc
u, cao p huyt, thy thng.

H kh tho, Ngu tt, Long m tho, a long, Hi to
cc v bng nhau, nu thng cao lng.
Ngy ung 2 ln mi ln 1 tha canh vi nc m.
Bi thuc th 10 :
Cha cao p huyt vi mc p huyt trn 200mmHg.
H kh tho, Mu n b, Sn th du, Hong cm, Sinh

Trch t 13,2g, Si h 6,6g.

Phn tch cng dng ca h kh tho theo ty y :
Tn khoa hc Brunella vulgaris L. cha alkaloid
tan trong nc, mui KCl, tinh du camphor, glucoside
ng gm prunelin c tc dng chng HIV, cht tanin,
cht bo, lipase, acid oleaolic. C tc dng h p huyt,
kch thch h hp, li ti, an thn.

trn trung tm vn mch hnh ty, c ch h thn kinh

Phn tch cng dng ca Cam tho theo ty y :
C hai loi mang tn khoa hc Glycyrrhiza
uralensis Fisch. v G. glabra L. Cha 4-6% cht v c
carbohydrate ( glucose v saccharose ), 3-5% manitol, tinh
bt 25-30%, lipid 0,5-1%, asparagin 2-4%, nha 5%, c
ngt gp 60 ln saccharose, nu phi hp vi ma
ngt c th tng gp 100 ln. Glycyrhizin gm c 2 phn
t acid glucuronic v 1 phn t acid glycyrhetic cu to
gn ging nh cortisone c nhiu ng phn cha c
bnh Addison, c tc dng chuyn ha cc cht in gii,
gi natri v clorid trong c th lm tng p huyt, gip s
bi tit kali. trong cy, glycyrhizin tn ti dng mui
Ca v Mg. Cam tho c tc dng gy trn tnh, c ch thn
kinh trung ng, gim th nhit, gim h hp, gim ho,
gii co tht c trn, cha lot ng tiu ha bao t v
rut, bo v gan khi b vim gan, tng tit mt, chng d
ng, gii c mnh i vi c t ca bch cu, ca c,
ca nc rn, ca strychnine, ca un vn, ca cocain v
