To Flee, or Not to Flea ( Rebuke )

Oh, I thought it would give him fleas, sorry, my bad, I misunderstood.

On a serious note, let me pose this thought. Could it be some of the times,
when we rebuke, and it doesn't seem to work, it is because we are taking
the authority that does not belong to us because of our pride? If we start to
feel it is because of our power, I am in control, from our heart because of
our PRIDE, perhaps the evil one does not recognize our authority.
So, I would offer this wisdom, follow a good example.
Jud 1:9 But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the Devil, he argued about the body of Moses, he
dared not bring a judgment of blasphemy, but said, Let the Lord rebuke you!
Notice even the Great and Mighty Archangel Michael did not rebuke the evil one based on his own authority,
but rather he trusted in the Father to rebuke the evil one for him, he states the LORD rebukes the evil one, he,
being who he is, is even so humble to not take the authority I am sure he has, but without pride, said the LORD
rebukes you to the evil one.
Sorry I hate using the word or title LORD, but needed to to make my point here.
