SITE PROCEDURES

1. Fencing of the land using 2m high galvanised sheets with 22 gauge flat sheets
2. Taking the Levels
3. Taking the benchmark
4. Border Marking by the Municipality
5. Contractor to put the threads border around the border marked by the Municipality
6. Enclose the borders using Wooden planks
7. Area of the Building to be checked using the Right Angled Hypotenuse Method
8. Shoring Calculation to be submitted by the Contractor
9. I Beams to be put for the Timber planks to put below the Excavation Level
10. Shoring to proceed
11. Anchoring to be provided using machine
12. Anchoring will be tested using Pressure Test. Range required 70. Tested till 100.
13. Concreting the Anchored holes using machine
14. Mark the Column & Beam axis A-A or 1-1
15. Chicken Wire Mesh to be put on the Shoring Walls
16. Concrete sprays on the Shoring Walls either by mixing the cement plus water inside
a drum and spray using a cup on the walls. No area to be bunch of concrete.
17. Concrete sprays (3 layers as per Contract) to be done can be check by placing your
one hand on it. If the quality of work is good then small dots will appear on your hand
not the bunch of concrete on the hand.
18. Chicken Wire Mesh should not be seen after spraying the concrete.
19. Vapor Barrier (Transparent Plastic Type) of 0.25mm (250 Micron) to be laid.
