What is the Judicial Committee?

The Panhellenic Judicial Committee is a new initiative that aims to facilitate
increased involvement from the Panhellenic community in the ongoing
development of the governance and judicial system. The committee shall be
tasked with analyzing the content and application of the Panhellenic bylaws,
and serving as a liaison between chapters and Panhellenic. Members of the
committee will provide insight into their own and their chapters experiences in
an iterative process designed to examine the current and future regulatory
practices affecting the Panhellenic community.
All committee members must be in good standing with their own chapter, and
must not currently hold a recruitment-focused leadership position, or an office
on her chapters executive council.
Do I have what it takes to be on the Judicial Committee?
These qualities and actions are those of an outstanding Judicial Committee
member:
1) An understanding of the confidentiality and objectivity required of her in this
position;
2) Following through with best practices and demonstrating understanding of
training;
3) Ready and willing to prioritize Panhellenics best interests over those of her
own chapter.
4) Able to sit on the Judicial Committee for a full academic year.
Most importantly, to be nominated, you must be able to attend the mandatory
training session on March 31 from 5-7pm.
Presidential Approval Form and Questionnaire forms are due by March 29 at
