We use the hot water extraction method to wash carpets

A minimum spend of 100 is required when booking carpet cleaning services
A staircase is 20 steps - more than 20 steps will be counted as 2 staircases
We must be notified at the time of booking if the carpets are non-synthetic backing e.g Hessian
