physical realm by spoken word from the Legislative Assembly and appoint Navin Chandra Naidu as written herein.

This Assignment and Appointment is established under Quantum Decree for the purpose and intent to assist
Mennefer Tanasi (WOb) Native American Tribe for immediate action and development in the following areas,
including, but not limited to: Judicial development, Executive development, Economic development,
Environmental development and Issuance of court orders of authority for the benefit of the nation. Mennefer
Tanasi (W@b) Native American Tribe seeks to recover ancient history, lost cultural property (tangible orDated

appointment, the duties and authorities herein cannot be delegated to another; therefore, the Justice
shall advise and direct his Office in a manner which operates in tandem with policies set forth by the Council
of Elders and the Legislative body of Mennefer Tanasi (WOb) Native American Tribe
This Appointment commenced on July 29, 2015 , 201 5 A.D. and shall continue until the Council of
