Announcement

1. Guidelines for Presentation

(1) Posting: Oct. 17th , 8:30-9:20
(2) Poster session: 11:20-12:50, on
Saturday, October 17, 2015
(3) Poster size should not exceed 90cm in
width and 160cm in height
(4) The poster presenter is instructed by
the coordinator and present in English.
(5) The allocated time for presentation
will have 8 minutes (5 minutes for
oral presentation and 3 minutes for
discussion)
(6) The poster will be displayed during
the whole meeting.
(7) Assistance and material (Panel board,
Tape, Drawing-pin, etc.) for mounting
the posters will be provided at the
congress since registration.
(8) All posters should be removed at the
end of the congress 17:00~17:30 on
Saturday October 17th. 2015.
