Objekat je interpoliran u nasleenu urbanistiku matricu,
i tako dvostruko orijentisan ka ulici i unutranjem dvoritu.
Building is settled into an existing urban enviroment,
two - side oriented to the inner courtyard and street. Street fasade is designed with minimal aesthetics, with a clear tendencie of not disturbing surounding architectural indentety. With a special care of not falling into the simple, unrefined design there was a tendency of using more quality materials, like stone and in some moments plaster coating as a colouristic conterpoint.
