GUI
A user interface is meant to make things easier for user. Where an attractive
interface helps in doing that, if an interface is not easy and user friendly, the
customer wont use it. So first comes the working of an interface and then the
outlook.
Input technologies have changed rapidly over the years and are still expanding and
evolving.
Keyboard evolved into body motion detection and now is emerging as brain
computer interface.
Mouse evolved to advanced voice recognition and now is emerging as neural
networks.(Examples are taken from book).
Q6. What are input masks? What are validation rules? Why are they
important?
Input mask is a template or pattern to restrict the data entry to prevent errors.
