Spanish family enterprise founded in 1942, by Mr.

Jos Morell, grandfather of the current owners.

Specialized in production and distribution of cutting

tools and machinery for the metalurgical industry in
general, and the automotive industry in particular.
Export over 85% of turnover to countries in 5
continents.

OUR PROCESSES
VACUTREM was incorporated in 1972 to take care of Heat Treatment. Our key values have
always been technological leadership and process know-how. VACUTREM was the first
company using vacuum heat treatment in Spain and the third in Europe.

We have remained loyal to this technological leadership, introducing ion
nitriding in 1984, among other leading edge technologies.
We run nowadays the most advanced heat treatment technology in Europe
thanks to an ambitious investment effort. Linked with R&D projects we strive to
