1 Introduction
The introduction provides an overview of the project. The information provided in
this section should be clear and concise. A person with no previous knowledge
about the project should be able to develop a clear picture about what the project is
about from reading the introduction.

2 How the project is organised

In this section, describe how the project is organised. This includes providing an
organisational chart, information about roles and responsibilities and other
organisational processes. The organisational chart you provide should use the same
format as the organisational chart discussed in lectures (roles and persons assigned
should be displayed in the chart). The roles you describe in the Roles and
Responsibilities section should match the roles given in the organisational chart.

3 Management and Technical Approaches

In this section, document all management and technical processes to be used in
your project. When developing these processes, ensure that you adequately cover
each of the nine project management elements (scope, time, quality, cost, human
resources, communication, risk, procurement, integration).

4 Work to be done
The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) you provide must cover the entire project. It
must clearly define all activities / tasks to be completed. As a guide, activities
should be broken down to a level where an item can be completed in approximately
one week. Other key activities should also be included. It is important to note that
you will need to spend time planning the tasks required for the development of your
system.

5 Project Schedule
To develop a Gantt charts required in the schedule. To create a realistic schedule,
involve all group members in its development.

6 Appendices
Appendices may be used for examples of forms or other items / documents that are
referred to in the body of the document and form part of the content.
