1) : That i am the complainant of the FIR no 750 in which the doctors of LRH hospitals
are charged u/s 319 katl-e-khata .
2): The it is my 2nd complaint (the previous complaint no is 7980) that the FIR is not
lodged directly upon apply to concerned SHO ,because the SHO was using the delaying
tactics and then refused to do so.
3):That dissappointedly i concerned with the session court and the session judje
Jamaluddin sahib direted the SHO to lodge FIR .
4):That the SHO Muhammad Noor violated the court orders and didn't lodge FIR on the
reward of heavy bribe from the accused doctors.
5):That feeling grievances i again went to court and filed the case of contempt of court
against the SHO.
6):That the SHO attended the court after 5 to 6 date through his subordinate and promised
to lodge FIR
7):That at last the SHO registered FIR on 21-7-2014 as by the court orders.
8):That from 21-7-2014 till today the SHO Muhammad Noor didnt do any single try to
arrest the accused Doctors inspite of my contact & submissions to arrest these accused.
9): That to not taking any action for more than two months after registering the FIR and
ignoring my sumissions to arrest the accused doctors,not registering the FIR at the first
instant,and violating the court orders to not registering the FIR clearly shows the the SHO
Muhammad Noor may have been taken the heavy bribe from the doctors.as the reward of
which he has been using the delaying tactics and ignorance during whole the process till
the date.
So keeping in view the above facts and circumstances,the SHO Muhammad noor is tried
according to law and strict action may be taken against him to violate the Law and Police
rules.
and the wanted doctors should be arrested as soon as possible so that they may be
produced before the concerned court.
