1. I agree to wear formal dress during training classes and campus recruitment
drives.

Copy of all extracurricular activity certificates.

3. I agree to submit my passport detail or applied application number.

4. I agree to attend all schedule classes of GNIOT finishing school and to attend
any other workshop/seminar. I will be punctual and disciplined during all
activities.
5. If I will not be regular in the training program. I will bear my entire training
cost.
6. I agree to attend the campus recruitment drive if I am eligible to participate.
7. Once selected, I agree to submit one copy of employment offer letter in the
placement deptt.
8. I agree to notify my updated academic and non academic details.
9. Once selected, I agree to join as per the terms and conditions of the
company.

10.I agree to submit the project report/summer training report as and when
required.
